Whilst at SCAD we had the opportunity to attend a performance by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra. The trip was part of research to create posters for MTR stations around Hong Kong promoting the orchestra.

Traditional orchestra posters almost always feature photos of the musicians and the instruments, we wanted to change that.

For a different feel I used the musical notes that resembled the number 9, referencing the name of my chosen piece: Symphony No 9.
